About Jason Alvarado Jason Alvarado is first and foremost a man of integrity. His heart beats for knowing God, and with this same heart he goes after students, desperately wanting them to know the God he serves. Whether it's preaching the word of God, leading intimate worship, or performing sleight of hand tricks on the street as an evangelistic tool, Jason lives to share the gospel. Jason has been serving Faith Assembly of God in Orlando (Pastor Carl Stephens) for more than 7 years as either a student leader, a Master's Commission student, or, more recently, as a ministry associate at Xstream Youth Church ministry that's reaching more than 500 students on a weekly basis. He has been serving directly under Pastor Johnny Wilson as the leader of school outreaches and assemblies, under Pastor Matt Engle as co-director of the growing junior high ministry, Rapids, as a student leadership mentor, as graphic designer for the department, and now as the official youth evangelist for Faith Assembly of God. His years of hands-on ministry training in such a vibrant, growing church has given him a depth of invaluable experience and a wisdom beyond his years. When Jason speaks, people listen. Solid biblical teaching that cuts straight to the heart is complemented by a high-energy preaching style  in the vein of Pat Schatzline. His passion and vivacity is infectious, and he always uses life as the greatest illustrator.   His bold yet compassionate spirit has taken him all across the nation and the world preaching in such places as Nicaragua and Jamaica, and ministering through song in Spain, Ireland, and Africa.
